What you'll be doing
As a Key Worker under the guidance of a manager, taking responsibility for the physical and emotional well being and social needs of our residents.
Assisting residents with personal care activities such as washing, personal hygiene, dressing and assisting with meals.
Providing physical and mental stimulation by taking part in recreational and social activities with residents, both individually and as a group.
Helping to maintain accurate records, undertaking ongoing training and getting involved in welcoming and training new staff.
Generally promoting our residents' independence, choice, dignity and respect by delivering the very best standards of care.

Senior Care Assistants
We are looking to recruit Senior Care Assistants for days and nights. N.V.Q level 3 in Health and Social Care is not essential but desirable. Applicants holding N.V.Q Level 2 that are willing to work towards achieving N.V.Q Level 3 will be considered. Applicants must be enthusiastic, organised and self motivated and able to run a team of care staff efficiently. Applicants must have a caring nature and experience in elderly social care is essential. Applicants must be able to complete all tasks to a high standard as stated in our philosophy of care.
